6 Years He will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. He will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our services, understanding their needs, and setting up qualified meetings for senior sales executives.(especially for Dubai Market). Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in target industries and geographies. Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their business challenges and requirements. Schedule meetings/demos for Account Executives and Sales Managers. Maintain detailed lead information and activity tracking in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho). Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and ensure consistent messaging. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead generation targets. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 6 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (IT services experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn). Familiarity with CRM systems and lead engagement tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling objections. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Performance Metrics

Number of qualified leads generated. Meetings booked with decision makers. Conversion rate from lead → opportunity. Activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn connections).
