German Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant
with fully paid relocation to Bulgaria! This role is ideal for individuals eager to blend their customer service expertise with a unique work experience in one of Eastern Europe's most beautiful countries.
In your role as a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with their vehicle rentals, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and support throughout the rental process Manage the rental process, including vehicle pick-ups, returns, and paperwork management Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and explain rental agreement terms clearly to customers Work closely with the operations team to maintain a fleet of vehicles that meet customer needs and expectations Stay informed about new vehicles, promotions, and destination information to provide customers with valuable insights
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous Experience in customer service or the rental industry is preferred Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for engaging with customers Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment Familiarity with computer systems and rental software is a plus Open to relocating to Bulgaria and embracing a new cultural experience Enthusiastic about providing top-notch service and creating positive customer experiences
