Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and support throughout the rental process

Manage the rental process, including vehicle pick-ups, returns, and paperwork management

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and explain rental agreement terms clearly to customers

Work closely with the operations team to maintain a fleet of vehicles that meet customer needs and expectations

Stay informed about new vehicles, promotions, and destination information to provide customers with valuable insights

Qualifications

Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous

Experience in customer service or the rental industry is preferred

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for engaging with customers

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment

Familiarity with computer systems and rental software is a plus

Open to relocating to Bulgaria and embracing a new cultural experience
