## Job Description# Delivery Anchor**Location:** Englewood, Colorado (Hybrid)
**Employment Type:** Contract* 10+ years of program management experience in large enterprise environments.* Proven experience working with and coordinating onshore and offshore scrum teams.* Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Release Train Engineer (RTE) methodologies.* Experience managing roadmaps, prioritization, scoping, and effort estimation.* A sufficient software development background to communicate credibly with technical teams.* Ability to work earlier hours (approximately 7am–3pm) to align with offshore teams.* Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively.* Proactive communication style with a focus on transparency and early risk identification.*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
