
Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Are you a driven, Spanish-speaking sales professional who loves building relationships, hunting new business, and closing deals? We're looking for you.
Our client is a global manufacturer whose products keep major industrial operations safe and running smoothly across North America and beyond. They're expanding their commercial team and need a bilingual inside sales pro to help grow their business across the U.S. and Latin America.
This is a real sales role; not customer service, not order entry. You'll own a pipeline, work outbound, and close.
What You'll Do
Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, integrators, and end users across North America and Latin America
Run outbound prospecting campaigns and convert inbound leads into opportunities
Engage directly with engineers, plant managers, and purchasing decision-makers
Partner with Outside Sales, Product Management, and Engineering on account strategy
Track and grow your pipeline through a modern CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
What You Bring
Fluent in English and Spanish; this is a requirement, not a preference. You'll be working directly with Spanish-speaking customers and partners across Mexico and Latin America
2–5+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience (quota-carrying, not support)
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close
Strong commercial instincts; you understand pipelines, follow-up, and what it takes to win
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Technical or industrial product background is a plus, but we'll train the right person

Competitive base salary ($70,000–$80,000) + commission
