About the Role
Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline, maintaining 3‑4 times coverage of sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Account Management: Lead the entire sales process—from initial contact and account planning to deal closing and renewal—for companies with revenues below $500M.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
Salesforce Maintenance: Regularly update Salesforce to maintain accurate records and reliable forecasts.
Client engagement: Conduct direct client meetings in person or via platforms such as MS Teams.
About You
College degree preferred and a minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience (preferably in the corporate sector) with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies using a consultative, value‑based approach.
Experience with high‑velocity sales and a land‑and‑expand strategy.
Experience selling to C‑level executives, identifying business challenges and articulating impact.
Skilled in leading detailed sales processes that involve multiple stakeholders.
Ability to develop and execute an account plan.
Willingness to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed.

Compensation For eligible U.S. locations, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $128,100 – $237,900, inclusive of base pay and target sales incentive. Compensation is positioned within this range based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
