Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you will be the key point of contact, helping businesses navigate their insurance needs with confidence. What You’ll Do: Be the go-to expert for our business clients' commercial insurance inquiries, policy changes, and more. Deliver exceptional service over the phone, email, and in-person, ensuring clients feel heard and supported. Manage policy changes, COI's, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations—ensuring accuracy every time. Work closely with underwriters and risk management professionals to provide tailored coverage options. Support clients with claims reporting and follow-up, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Educate clients on coverage options and industry insights, empowering them to make informed decisions. Stay on top of industry trends, keeping clients ahead of the curve with relevant product knowledge. What We’re Looking For: 5-10 years of experience An Active Property & Casualty License A customer-focused attitude with a knack for clear communication. Strong multitasking skills and a commitment to getting things right the first time. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Why Join Us? Hybrid 8:30am-4:30pm Seniority level
