by leading and coaching the Distribution Sales Team* Strong contribution in Sales Planning, forecasting and montoring of yearly, quarterly and monthly sales and gross profit, close cooperation with Controlling for TBM management, as well as close cooperation with logistics for demand planning (S&OP)* Account responsibility for national Distributor incl. negotiation of central conditions (pricing, rebates, targets, etc.), incl. lead and support the distributors in terms of sales & marketing activities, and attend negotiation meetings and Business Reviews with the Distribution Sales Team.# Qualifications:* University degree plus 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in the cleaning industry (ideally German market), including proven people management and fluent English skills.* Strong expertise in the professional cleaning segment, B2B business models, regional trade structures, and sales-force management.* Strategic and commercially aware mindset with solid understanding of key financial KPIs and Freudenberg Guiding Principles.* Established network in the professional cleaning industry and strong abilities in negotiation, analysis, communication, and change management.* Demonstrated leadership strengths with focus on talent development, interpersonal effectiveness, and influencing skills.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
