Account Coordinator

– a results-driven over-communicator, with a work ethic and spirited drive that is outpaced only by their voracious hunger to facilitate truly great work.
Our Account Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Account Services team. You will assist in the day-to-day administration of marketing and advertising projects. This will include effective project management, and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Willingness to learn our clients’ business on deep level, including all of their products/services, organizational structure, marketing plan, company culture, competitors, and category
All project management responsibilities: writing up of job specifications, creating schedules, production follow-through, generating invoices, and working with the traffic manager to manage/assign resources
Foresees future needs for the project and always arranges appropriate resources ahead of time
Maintains collaborative working relationships and uses experience, resources and other departments to find successful solutions
Proactively anticipates and solves problems
Attend/participate in client conference calls and meetings as needed
Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports and other internal/external client communication and correspondence
Minutes
ote taking for conference calls/meetings
Securing and reviewing vendor quotes
Ensure deliverables are provided on time and to required specifications
Schedule Client meetings as well as internal team check-ins

Ownership of key projects important to Dunn&Co. and our clients:
Competitive Market Analysis
Management from beginning to end of smaller projects as identified by the AEs
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in advertising or marketing preferred
Past experience in advertising, marketing or project management setting
Highly detail oriented and organized
Works independently and is able to manage competing priorities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Has an optimistic attitude, is a team player, and is excited to learn new skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have

Familiar with Google Suite, Mac, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, meeting software (Zoom, WebEx, etc.), Workamajig, social media platforms, proofreading skills
Salary for this position is $42,000 – $47,000

Dunn&Co is on a hybrid work schedule, and in the office 3 days a week. We are only looking for local talent, or those willing to relocate.
