Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) + commissions

Work Environment: Fully remote (Midwest only: OH, KY, PA).
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 10 large clients, focusing on middle-market to large-market accounts with premiums of $100,000+.
Quote, negotiate credits, prepare proposals, and sell new business.
Handle 10-15 renewals per month and convert 10+ new business accounts monthly.
Process endorsements and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Collaborate with a team of intellectual and technology-driven professionals in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Leverage AI and software tools to improve operational efficiency and client service.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of tenure in a similar role; 3-5 years of experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software is required.
Carriers: Familiarity with the following carriers is highly preferred: Travelers, Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto-Owners, Western Reserve.
Soft Skills:
