We’re working with a well-established law firm in Baltimore looking to add a Real Estate Associate Attorney to their transactional practice. This is a strong opportunity to work on complex, high-profile commercial real estate deals with direct client exposure and hands-on responsibility. Compensation & Culture
$155K–$240K+ (based on class year) Hybrid flexibility (team currently 4–5 days onsite) Collaborative, growth-oriented team Why This Role
Direct client interaction early Growth-driven opening with strong deal flow What You’ll Be Doing
Draft and negotiate purchase & sale agreements, leases, and development agreements Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters Work with clients including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants Support mixed-use, multifamily, office, and retail projects Advise on deal structuring, closing, and related documentation What They’re Looking For
~5–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience Background in a law firm environment Strong drafting and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple transactions independently
