Job Description Job Title: Go-To-Market (GTM) Intern

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Course Architecture & Building: Assist in building foundational courses within TalentLMS.

Content Creation: Develop digestible learning modules from larger content using Google Workspace and AI tools.

Multimedia Support: Contribute to enablement efforts through basic video editing, slide design, and asset management.

Project Management: Track the 2026 enablement program.

Impact Analysis: Support the measurement of sales rep confidence and competency.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

A "Builder" Mindset: Enjoy organizing information into a clear, logical flow.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite is required; experience with video editing or LMS platforms is a plus.

Strong written communication skills.

Self‑starter with the ability to take initiative.

Time Commitment

15-20 hours per week, with flexibility.

Remote work with required check‑ins during North American business hours.

Additional Information

This is an unpaid internship offered for academic credit only.

The primary goal is the intern's education and training.

There is no guarantee of a paid position upon completion.

The intern will work under close supervision and will not displace regular employees.
