Seasonal Leasing Advisor Seasonal CENTURY SALES AND MANAGEMENT LLC, Lincoln, NE, US
We are seeking a Seasonal Leasing Advisor for our busy summer months. Key duties include:
Field calls, schedule appointments with, and show prospective residents available units
Assist prospective residents with the application process
Work with our Property Management Team to market and lease available units and help with tasks outside the office
Requirements:
Advanced organizational skills and accuracy – able to complete many tasks at once
Strong written and verbal communication and customer service/sales skills
Basic knowledge of Google products
Reliable transportation
Proof of updated vehicle insurance
Open availability Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑6 PM; Saturdays 11 AM‑3 PM
One year of experience in the leasing field or sales is strongly encouraged
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus commission. No benefits are offered with this seasonal position.
