Position Summary We are seeking a self‑motivated
Sales Business Development Representative
to join our team. This role is essential in managing incoming sales inquiries, coordinating with departments, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone and internet
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed ones
Coordinate questions and concerns with appropriate sales and service personnel
Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets
Confirm special order parts and follow up on internet and phone sales leads
Handle necessary paperwork, records, and documentation preparation
Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
Friendly and helpful attitude with professional demeanor
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is desirable
Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment
