Job Details Salary: From $17 an hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Chicago, IL 60645 Position Overview We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer interaction, administrative tasks, and multi-department coordination within an automotive dealership. The Business Development Representative is responsible for receiving and processing all incoming sales and service inquiries, managing showroom floor requests, coordinating internet queries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Service departments to meet customer needs and support our business growth. Responsibilities Manage incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet, including scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments Coordinate inquiries and issues with appropriate department personnel Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets Confirm special order parts and follow up as necessary Assist with follow-up on phone and internet sales leads Manage paperwork, records, and prepare documentation as needed Provide general administrative support to Sales and Service teams Work Environment You will work in a professional, drug-free, and non-smoking workplace that values a helpful attitude, teamwork, and dependability.
