The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing programs, client-facing events, webinars, conferences, and internal initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring events and programs are well-organized, professionally marketed, and effectively leveraged through follow-up communications and content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Your Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and execution of client networking events, webinars, conferences, sponsorship activations, and internal marketing initiatives
- Manage post-event follow-up, including attendee communications, reporting, and content distribution
- Assist with the marketing and promotion of programs, webinars, events, and conferences across email, digital, and internal channels
- Support the creation and distribution of event invitations, reminders, internal announcements, and follow-up communications
- Maintain marketing event and sponsorship calendars and ensure accurate, timely updates across marketing platforms
- Edit and update video content related to events, webinars, and marketing programs for internal and external use
- Assist with the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements
- Support the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including branded materials, signage, presentations, and digital assets
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and approvals related to events and marketing initiatives
- Maintain organized records of event materials, templates, attendee lists, and outcomes
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to the marketing team as needed
