Leasing Specialist - Copper Creek & Sage Canyon

Key Responsibilities
Perform all leasing functions, including greeting and qualifying prospects, showing units, completing applications, collecting deposits, and finalizing lease agreements.
Maintain accurate records of all lease activity in Yardi Voyager and update availability reports.
Ensure units are ready for move‑in and coordinate move‑in processes with residents.
Handle resident requests and concerns, provide timely maintenance service requests, and maintain communication with maintenance staff.
Assist in monitoring lease renewals and distribute renewal notices.
Promote community engagement and assist in planning resident events.
Follow all company policies, Fair Housing rules, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other applicable laws.
Support compliance file maintenance as directed by the Compliance department and the Community Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
Experience with low‑income housing or tax‑credit programs preferred.
Actively bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel), internet, and e‑mail.
Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Works full‑time, must comply with all safety and business protocols.
Frequent sitting, walking, and use of computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone.
May walk or work in elevated or uneven environments.
May require occasional squatting, bending, twisting, pushing, or pulling.
Compensation $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
