Overview We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Program Development & Evaluation Division (PD&ED)
Program Development & Evaluation Division is responsible for providing and developing performance-basedworld-class learning solutions that sustain our evolving Saudi workforce
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform research and data analysis on training gaps, needs, and programs effectiven
Research on instructional design mythologies, trends, tools, and training technologies
Design and develop curriculum and instructional material using existing and utilizing emergingtechnologies such as: Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Artificial Intelligence (A
Design and develop assessments and other evaluation instruments on Structured tests, quizzes,interviews, and surveys for training programs
Collaborate with subject-matter experts, proponents, vendors, and teaching and technical staff to pilot,implement, and evaluate curricula and delivery methodologies in training centers
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for training delivery staff to ensure that all learning and assessmentmaterial is used effectively
Plan, monitor, and report on the development and execution of curriculum development, evaluation,training technology selection, and deployment projects
Conduct site visits to training centers to provide feedback and support, and submit site visit reports
Develop reports and proposals related to the future of training and evaluation programs
Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Science in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or aTechnical/Trade/Vocational discipline from an accredited university
Minimum of 12 years of work experience, including 5 years in Instructional Design, Teaching, or VocationalTraining
Ability to demonstrate experience in instructional design, including the development of classroom-basedlearning, e-learning, m-learning and blended learning solutions for a technical workforce
