Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft; Monitors and identifies suspicious behavior and communicates findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Promotes customer service through greeting customers and assisting with questions in a courteous manner; Trains and educates associates on shortage reduction initiatives and supports loss prevention efforts; Performs other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives
