Position Overview Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) is seeking a Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive growth of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and practice management services across the Chicagoland healthcare market . This role focuses on healthcare sales, business development, and consultative selling within orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) and independent medical practices , helping clinics improve medical billing, revenue optimization, and operational performance . You will manage the full sales cycle , including prospecting, outbound outreach, pipeline development, client engagement, and closing new business partnerships . This position requires strong experience in B2B healthcare sales, CRM management (HubSpot or Zoho), and relationship-based selling , with a focus on building long-term client partnerships and driving account growth . About Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) is a patient-centered orthotic and prosthetic care organization serving communities across Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, and Missouri. We partner closely with patients, providers, and referral sources to deliver individualized care focused on long-term outcomes and clinical excellence. As part of our continued growth, CPO is expanding its Practice Management Services , offering Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing support, and operational solutions to independent O&P practices. These services allow clinics to strengthen financial performance while maintaining focus on patient care. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through signed agreements Identify and engage independent O&P practices and healthcare organizations Execute outbound prospecting strategies (calls, email campaigns, networking, events) Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreachLead introductory and consultative sales conversations with prospective clients Coordinate deeper discovery and solution alignment with internal stakeholders Develop and tailor sales materials, proposals, and presentations Maintain accurate and timely CRM records (HubSpot or Zoho) Partner with operations and leadership to ensure smooth client onboarding Share market insights to refine messaging, positioning, and service offerings Required Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client-facing roles Experience in healthcare, medical services, or professional services environments Strong communication and consultative selling skills Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales pipelines independently Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Comfortable with outbound sales and prospecting activity Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and events Preferred Qualifications Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, or practice management services Background in orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) or adjacent healthcare sectors Experience selling into independent clinics or physician practices Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Starting at $75,000+ (commensurate with experience) On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$140,000 (base + commission) Health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan options Mileage and expense reimbursement Ongoing training and professional development support Equal Opportunity Employer Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics is an equal opportunity employer.
