Sales Coordinator (Contract)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team on a contract basis in Northeast Aurora, IL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating sales activities, and excels at keeping processes organized and moving efficiently. Location: Northeast Aurora, IL Pay Rate: $23$26 per hour Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, customer follow-ups, and documentation Prepare sales reports, presentations, and tracking spreadsheets Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases Serve as a point of contact between sales, operations, and customers Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or administrative role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional, customer-focused demeanor Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Marissa Osorio Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
