Role: Salesforce AI Architect.
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Contract Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Agent force, Einstein AI, and enterprise AI integrations. The role involves driving AI-led transformation, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and contributing hands-on to implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Define Agentforce use cases and AI strategy with business stakeholders Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud) Architect and implement scalable Agentforce and AI solutions Develop/configure agents (Agentforce Studio, prompts, flows, Apex) Lead AI integration with enterprise systems and LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) Establish AI best practices, governance, and security standards Mentor teams, perform code/architecture reviews, and drive AI adoption Collaborate on solutioning, estimates, pre-sales, and risk management
Required Qualifications: Architect roles (Technical/Solution Architect) Strong hands-on expertise: Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, security, data modeling Experience in Agentforce, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, Einstein AI Knowledge of RAG architecture, AI governance, and LLM integrations
Preferred Skills: MuleSoft, event-driven integrations Vector databases, AI evaluation techniques
Soft Skills: Strong consulting and problem-solving mindset Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent stakeholder communication
