About: The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing programs, client-facing events, webinars, conferences, and internal initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring events and programs are well-organized, professionally marketed, and effectively leveraged through follow-up communications and content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Support the planning and execution of client networking events, webinars, conferences, sponsorship activations, and internal marketing initiatives Manage post-event follow-up, including attendee communications, reporting, and content distribution Assist with the marketing and promotion of programs, webinars, events, and conferences across email, digital, and internal channels Support the creation and distribution of event invitations, reminders, internal announcements, and follow-up communications Maintain marketing event and sponsorship calendars and ensure accurate, timely updates across marketing platforms Edit and update video content related to events, webinars, and marketing programs for internal and external use Assist with the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements Support the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including branded materials, signage, presentations, and digital assets Track deadlines, deliverables, and approvals related to events and marketing initiatives Maintain organized records of event materials, templates, attendee lists, and outcomes Provide general administrative and logistical support to the marketing team as needed
