Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (PST) Must be available to work all Federal Holidays except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day Weekend work may be required during month-end periods About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Indirect Loan Processor Specialist I
to support a high-volume lending environment. In this role, you will review, audit, and process loan applications received through dealership partnerships, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Review and audit loan application documents submitted by dealerships Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up to resolve discrepancies Verify application data to ensure accuracy prior to funding Recognize potential fraud indicators within loan documentation Determine eligibility for loan disbursement based on internal guidelines Process and fund approved loans, including applicable administrative fees Communicate loan status updates with internal teams and external partners Assist with reporting and general support for the lending department Provide support across lending functions as needed Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in a lending, administrative, call center, or high-volume processing environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage a high workload efficiently Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Experience
Experience in contact centers or consumer loan processing Familiarity with financial services or indirect lending (non-mortgage experience preferred)
