
B2B SaaS Product Marketing Manager — GTM & Demand

Reports to: Director of Product Marketing
Location: Hybrid/Germany
Our client, a Private Equity–backed, Buy and Build, Business Management Software Vendor, a recognised leader in their vertical market, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and support new system sales across its SME and Mid-Market portfolio.
What you’ll do
Define and refine ICPs, segmentation, and qualification criteria
Own positioning and messaging frameworks by product/segment
Lead GTM strategy and structured product launches
Deliver competitive insights, battlecards, and market guidance
Influence pricing and packaging through market evidence
Enable Sales with clear, practical, market-led narratives
What we’re looking for
5–10+ years in Product Marketing or adjacent GTM roles
Strong experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
ERP software background preferred
Proven success across multi-product, multi-segment portfolios
Strong positioning, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders
Evidence-led, autonomous, and outcomes-focused
