We’re not chasing resume logos — we’re looking for gritty, coachable, and driven AEs with a strong foundation in outbound sales and cybersecurity experience.

Ideal candidates have cut their teeth as BDRs/SDRs, are now in early-stage AE roles, and are ready to lean into a fast-paced, high-growth environment with meaningful equity on the table.


✅ Must-Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales — ideally progressing from BDR/SDR to AE
  • Proven ability to run discovery, manage pipeline, and move deals forward (even if not yet closing solo)
  • Strong outbound background — comfortable prospecting into security and IT personas (CISO, SecOps, etc.)
  • Highly coachable and hungry to level up quickly in a startup environment
  • Cybersecurity experience and willingness to ramp quickly on the tech (we’ll help)
  • Understands the Channel and has local channel relationships
  • Has used tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.


💡 Nice-to-Haves


  • Previous experience selling to technical buyers (e.g., DevOps, SecOps, IT)
  • Some exposure to security tools, threat intelligence, or broader SaaS infrastructure
  • Experience at a high-velocity outbound motion (Series A–C startup preferred)


💰 Compensation + Incentives


  • OTE: $220k - 50/50 Split with a healthy base and uncapped commission
  • High-equity upside — we’re early, and we want you on the ride
