Business Operations | Founder's Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a generalist business operations hire to work directly with our founders on a number of tactical and strategic projects across the business. You are someone with the ability to pick up and excel at any task at hand, operate at a strategic level and tactically in‑the‑weeds, and move with speed while continuously defining the bar for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leverage to the founders by owning various projects and tasks throughout the business, from board prep to OKRs to partnerships.
Quickly take on new strategic projects, fill in gaps, and execute end to end.
Identify areas for improvement across functions and operations and help accelerate them.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in PE, banking, consulting, and/or startup.
Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills.
Fast at execution and ability to learn new.
Entrepreneurial and proactive—looking for creative ways to make the team better and improve processes and looking to take on responsibility.
Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 5 days a week.

Compensation Compensation Range: $140,000 USD – $175,000 USD
