The Role We are looking for a generalist business operations hire to work directly with our founders on a number of tactical and strategic projects across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leverage to the founders by owning various projects and tasks throughout the business, from board prep to OKRs to partnerships
Quickly take on new strategic projects, fill in gaps, and execute end to end
Identify areas for improvement across functions and operations and help accelerate them
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in PE, banking, consulting, and/or startup
Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills
Fast at execution and ability to learn new
Entrepreneurial and proactive – looking for creative ways to make the team better and improve processes and looking to take on responsibility
Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 5 days a week
