Role Overview
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can operate as a true force multiplier for our C-Suite. This role isn’t just about calendars and inboxes; it’s about shaping how two executives run their days, show up externally, and stay connected to the business. Reporting primarily to CRO Tyler John (~80%) with secondary support for Co-Founder Mihir Garimella (~20%), this person will sit at the intersection of revenue and product, serving as connective tissue between the two orgs while keeping both executives sharp, prepared, and publicly visible. You’ll own everything from meeting prep and travel logistics to managing their LinkedIn presence and producing content for company and GTM all-hands. The role requires someone who already uses tools like Claude and Granola, has real editorial judgment, and brings social intelligence that lets them represent the C-Suite in any room. This is fully in-person in our NYC office. Your first major project will be building the operating rhythm around both executives: establishing how their weeks run, creating workflows for recurring deliverables, and getting the LinkedIn content engine to a steady state.
What You’ll Own
Calendar & Time Management: Own the calendar end-to-end, manage competing priorities, protect deep work time, and decide what gets access and what doesn’t.
Communications & Stakeholder Coordination: Be the first point of contact for the executives, representing the office with professionalism and discretion; draft and manage correspondence for scheduling and coordination across the business.
Executive Brand & LinkedIn: Support the executives’ LinkedIn presence by organizing ideas into drafts, editing posts, managing posting cadence, and handling day-to-day engagement. Expect to spend 1–2 hours/day. Track performance and recommend cadence, topics, and format; stay timely and relevant.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel, itineraries, and accommodations with attention to time zones and personal preferences to ensure a seamless experience.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Through: Ensure meetings are prepared with briefings, background, and pre-reads; track action items and follow-ups using lightweight systems (e.g., Granola, Claude, Notion).
Document Preparation & Operational Administration: Prepare briefing memos, pre-read packages, exec summaries, talking points, and follow-up materials; manage expense reporting and maintain organized document systems; support board meetings, investor interactions, and pipeline reviews.
Team & Office Coordination: Plan team events and all-hands content; act as connective tissue between revenue and product/eng; collaborate with Operations for leadership scheduling and events.
Ad-Hoc & Personal Support: Handle personal coordination with the same care as professional work; maintain discretion with sensitive matters; adapt to evolving needs.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-suite or senior executive, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to triage a full inbox and calendar without losing composure.
Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable in executive and customer-facing settings.
Proactive by default with problem-solving initiative; you don’t wait for instructions.
High EQ and discretion; capable of handling confidential information.
Comfortable with ambiguity and moving without a perfect brief.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Claude/ChatGPT, and standard calendar/travel tools; able to move quickly without tutorials.
AI-native: use Claude, ChatGPT, Granola, etc. as part of how you work; build processes and workflows with AI; provide final polish and judgment.
LinkedIn-savvy with experience managing or building a personal/exec LinkedIn presence and understanding of effective B2B content.
Strong quality instinct; ability to judge when something is ready or needs another pass, especially with AI outputs.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience supporting a revenue or sales leader (CRO, VP Sales) or similar.
Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment with speed and adaptability.
Attention to personal details and ability to deliver thoughtful experiences.
How This Role Connects
Tyler John, CRO (Primary) & Mihir Garimella, Co-Founder — your principals; you’ll be an extension of how they think and operate.
GTM Strategy Lead: Collaborate on scheduling GTM-wide initiatives and leadership reviews.
Operations: Coordinate with the Ops team to align on leadership scheduling and company events.
GTM Leadership: Regular interaction around scheduling, briefings, and coordination for internal leadership meetings and QBRs.
External Partners & Customers: First point of contact for external scheduling and coordination.
