Job Responsibilities
Oversee the financial accounts closing period and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
Guarantee timely and reliable financial group reporting.
Serve as the primary contact for the SED consolidation team for analysis and regulatory updates.
Support the General Manager by providing financial dashboards and insights for decision‑making.
Validate bid approvals for finance function and oversee financial assumptions in the business plan.
Lead internal control activities, launch and animate local internal control campaigns, and meet submission deadlines.
Manage treasury and cash activities for the entity.
Supervise and develop a local finance team of three professionals.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
5–10+ years of finance experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
Proven record of successful team leadership and succession development.
Experience leading in multinational, matrixed organizations.
Strategic financial leadership with enterprise‑level P&L management.
Strong autonomy and people leadership skills.
French speaking is a plus.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum experience: more than eight years.
ITAR controlled position – U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
Physical Requirements Office environment requiring sitting, standing, walking, and use of computer equipment. Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. Travel required approximately 20–25%, including international.
Compensation $130,000 – $180,000 per year.
