Director of Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial accounts closing period and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Guarantee timely and reliable financial group reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for the SED consolidation team for analysis and regulatory updates.
• Support the General Manager by providing financial dashboards and insights for decision‑making.
• Validate bid approvals for finance function and oversee financial assumptions in the business plan.
• Lead internal control activities, launch and animate local internal control campaigns, and meet submission deadlines.
• Manage treasury and cash activities for the entity.
• Supervise and develop a local finance team of three professionals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10+ years of finance experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven record of successful team leadership and succession development.
• Experience leading in multinational, matrixed organizations.
• Strategic financial leadership with enterprise‑level P&L management.
• Strong autonomy and people leadership skills.
• French speaking is a plus.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum experience: more than eight years.
• ITAR controlled position – U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Physical Requirements

Office environment requiring sitting, standing, walking, and use of computer equipment. Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. Travel required approximately 20–25%, including international.

Compensation

$130,000 – $180,000 per year.
