Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.

Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CI efforts and report on progress.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and proactive change throughout the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) required; Master Black Belt preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading and implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED) with quantifiable results.
Strong project management and change management capabilities, including leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Proficient in data analysis, statistical tools, and root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve complex issues.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and training skills to foster a continuous improvement culture.
Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Minitab)
Experience integrating Continuous Improvement methodologies with Industry 4.0 or smart factory initiatives
Fluency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations
