Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proven ability to lead and manage complex improvement projects and facilitate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Master Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives or digital transformation projects in manufacturing.
Formal experience in training and mentoring Lean Six Sigma practitioners.
