Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement strategies, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles and problem-solving techniques.
Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness and impact of improvement initiatives using relevant KPIs.
Facilitate cross-functional teams and Kaizen events to drive rapid improvements in specific areas.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM) and Six Sigma tools.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and implement significant operational improvements and cost savings.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Formal Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing initiatives.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
