Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies across production processes.
Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste to develop effective improvement strategies.
Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and sustain gains.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste elimination throughout the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and best practice sharing.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Minimum of 5 years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to apply Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma tools to drive measurable results.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple improvement projects from inception to sustainable implementation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Demonstrated experience in change management, training, and coaching teams at all organizational levels.
Bonus Qualifications
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience implementing digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or advanced reliability engineering principles
