Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Provide general account and service support while documenting interactions thoroughly
Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases as needed
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer outcomes
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
required
2–3 years of customer service, call center, or client support experience
required
Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask across systems
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
