Senior Sales Executive
to drive sales growth by identifying and developing prospective clients. You will follow an established sales model to guide buyers from initial engagement through contract negotiation and successful closing, using our unique messaging strategy to challenge prospects to think differently and lead them toward ReSource Pro’s innovative solutions. All remote positions are based in the United States and candidates must reside in the U.S. to be eligible for consideration. A significant amount of your time will be spent travelling.
Responsibilities
Develop leads and prospects through cold calling, trade shows, webinars, and public speaking engagements.
Assess client needs using an Impact Assessment to develop proposals reflecting problem consequences and financial cases.
Lead meetings and deliver compelling presentations to clients, adjusting content to meet specific needs while following internal methodologies.
Manage the negotiation of contract terms and conditions, collaborating with Legal Counsel to protect ReSource Pro’s interests.
Work closely with Solutions Architects for integrated discovery sessions and transition new clients to Operations Advisory for onboarding.
Monitor the competition and marketplace trends to recommend product or sales process changes.
Mentor and coach new Sales Executives and contribute to team efforts through collaborative special projects.
Maintain activity documentation in the CRM system to maximize efficiency and achieve close ratio targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
At least 10 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated history of success in the U.S.
10 years of insurance industry experience; retail preferred.
Strong consultative sales skills, territory management expertise, and value‑proposition development skills.
Exceptional presentation and meeting leadership skills via virtual tools like Zoom and Skype.
Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) within the insurance industry is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Ability to manage upward and influence decision‑making within large, diverse organizations.
Ability to travel up to 50% nationally and internationally.
Insurance designations (CIC, CPCU) or sales certifications (CSE, SCPS) a plus.
Compensation Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For this remote position, the base pay range is $97,847 – $165,707. Salary and bonus decisions are based on qualifications, experience, skillset, geography, and internal equity. The role is eligible for commission in addition to base pay; the commission structure is uncapped and calculated based on a variety of sales performance factors.
