Business Development Specialist

Come join us and make a difference! We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist (BDS) to support our Florida Region. This role requires strong local presence to effectively serve both our agents and policyholders. The BDS will act as the central point of contact for our agency partners, driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and supporting underwriting efforts. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for agency partners and build strong relationships Drive sales and growth of property and casualty products through independent agents Acquire and retain profitable accounts in alignment with underwriting guidelines Support underwriting with account selection and performance management Collaborate with agents on strategic planning and business development initiatives This position will be field-based located in either Tampa Bay area, West Palm or Ft. Lauderdale area.
