
Business Development Specialist

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist (BDS) to support our Florida Region. This role requires a strong local presence to effectively serve both our agents and policyholders. The BDS will act as the central point of contact for our agency partners, driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and supporting underwriting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for agency partners and build strong relationships
Drive sales and growth of property and casualty products through independent agents
Acquire and retain profitable accounts in alignment with underwriting guidelines
Support underwriting with account selection and performance management
Collaborate with agents on strategic planning and business development initiatives
Location This position is field‑based and will be located in either Miami, West Palm, or Ft. Lauderdale area.

The salary range for this position is $83,080 - $127,945 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
