JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Enrollment Specialist plays an integral role in supporting the growth and success of AssuranceSD and its portfolio of businesses. As the first point of contact a customer has with AssuranceSD, Enrollment Specialists are responsible for successfully onboarding new participants, workers, and vendors into the referred program, with a focus on detail and data accuracy. With strong attention to detail, the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing enrollment packets and entering data, ensuring the integrity of information received and entered into the system of record.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly support 30-35 incoming enrollments per month, maintaining them until successful conversion
Packet Completion (What good completion looks like)
In-Person Enrollment (50% traveling)
Accuracy
End-to-end enrollment process
Data entry (Smartsheet, packet pre-population) o Data entry (into system of record)
System of Record (FMS, Arborsoft..) MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint)
Writing Skills for a Professional Setting
Internal & external communication
Customer Satisfaction
De-escalating Tier one issues
Overcoming enrollment blockers (requesting reschedules, EIN errors, etc.)
Flexibility, Ability to pivot
Willingness to raise a hand (helping with projects…)
Learning agility (learning new skills over time)
Asking for help or identifying issues
Response to feedback (How it is received and actioned)
Time Management
Moving multiple priorities forward
Ability to schedule work and tasks to completion
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer knowledge
