PPC Strategist Paid Search Strategist – Join our team to drive client success by managing ad campaigns and ensuring business results.

Overview We’re looking for an experienced Paid Search Strategist to manage and optimize all client ad campaigns, monitor budgets, and adjust strategies daily to maximize performance.

Qualifications

Willingness and ability to exemplify core agency principles: Caring, Curiosity, Competitiveness

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with deep knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms

Proven experience managing Paid Search campaigns, reviewing KPIs, creating engaging ad copy, and making data‑driven adjustments

Experience with CRO – validation of landing page A/B and multivariate testing

Experience running Paid Social campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn) and building custom audiences

Ability to drive campaign performance by aligning keywords, ad copy, and landing page copy for quality score and business results

Knowledge of advanced bid strategies powered by machine learning on ad platforms

Strong analytical skills and curiosity to dig into data with tools such as SpyFu, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.

Excellent communication skills for sharing insights internally and with clients

Experience using call‑tracking methods to qualify conversions and staying current with industry trends

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day activities of all ad campaigns using company tools

Analyze data, explain results to internal teams and clients, and provide actionable insights

Optimize campaigns, adjust strategies, and balance multiple accounts simultaneously

Communicate with both internal team members and clients to understand goals and deliver results

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, share knowledge with the team, and continually refine best practices
