Responsibilities
Assist Sales Associates with order entries and paperwork Greets and directs visitors at the front desk and maintains the visitor log Answers, screens, and forwards incoming calls to appropriate person Collect payment by cash, check, or credit card and generate receipts for will call customers Scan documents Communicate with the Chopstick company regarding to price update, problem solution, logo design, etc. for chopstick logo. Modify quantity for fresh fish orders in the system Communicate with vendors regarding price updates Create promotional flyers to promote Company products Calculate costs and product pricing to determine profit margin Assist with other sales related duties Other duties as required by department manager
