Pay: $13.45 to $15.95 per hour
We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $3.05 per hour on top of your hourly rate.
Payrates will not be below any applicable local minimum wage requirements.

Position Summary We are seeking entry‑level, part‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business.
Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
Maintains the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.
Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
Handles all cash and negotiable items according to policy.
Answers incoming calls per company standards.
Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
Completes assigned training.
Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
May be asked to assist a customer on the exterior of the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
Minimum age 18 years old.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient basic math calculations.
Preferred cash handling experience.
Willing to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
