Responsibilities
Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
Embrace store culture and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
Create unforgettable shopping moments by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
Engage and foster lasting connections with fans beyond transactions.
Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation.
Work a flexible schedule with little or no hours during slower periods and increased availability during peak times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Results‑oriented seller.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate a broad audience.
Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and periods of standing and lifting 50+ pounds.
Availability ranging from 4 hours per month in slow periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Reliable and able to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches.
