The Senior Consultant provides high-level analytical, operational, and advisory support, leading complex evaluations and supporting program improvements across agency activities. This role is contingent on contract award. Key responsibilities: Lead evaluation of training programs, processes, and performance outcomes Develop reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations Apply advanced analytical tools and methodologies Provide guidance to project teams and junior staff Support project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement Requirements: Minimum qualifications: Master's degree Minimum 12 years of relevant experience Preferred qualifications: Experience supporting federal training or emergency management programs Strong background in program evaluation and performance improvement CTR Management Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
