Role Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with strong experience in handling data ingestion, harmonization, and customer profile unification. The ideal candidate will bring pharma-specific knowledge and work closely with CRM, marketing, and analytics teams to support data-driven HCP/patient engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Data Transformations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
Unify and manage customer profile data across multiple systems to enable personalized engagement.
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare and pharma standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
Build and maintain audience segments for HCPs and patients using unified profiles.
Collaborate with IT, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver clean, actionable data for marketing and reporting.
Optimize data ingestion from multiple sources, including Veeva CRM, SFTP, and third-party platforms.
Work closely with stakeholders to support use case discovery, audience design, and real-time personalization.
Skills & Qualifications:
9+ years of experience with Salesforce marketing Cloud / CDP (Data Streams, DMOs, Harmonization)
Strong understanding of data integration, identity resolution, and segmentation models.
Pharma/healthcare experience with knowledge of compliance and privacy standards.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MCI, or Veeva CRM is a plus.
Experience working with large datasets and relational databe
