
Senior Resale Disclosure Analyst

The Senior Resale Disclosure Analyst is responsible for leading and supporting the end-to-end resale disclosure process for assigned communities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This role plays a key part in onboarding and stabilizing new communities, collaborating cross-functionally with Transitions, onsite teams, developers, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate disclosure information.
The Senior Analyst proactively identifies and resolves processing issues, reviews and audits contracts and fees for compliance, and supports budget and rate review processes throughout annual cycles and contract amendments. In addition to processing complex real estate transactions and maintaining accurate ownership and assessment records, this role contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives and serves as a subject matter resource within the team. A strong focus on detail, accountability, and customer service is essential to success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the setup and stabilization of new communities in partnership with the Transitions team.
Support the Developer Community process by collaborating with onsite staff to ensure timely and accurate collection of developer and builder information.
Identify and triage communities experiencing processing issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department and across the organization.
Assist with budget and rate review processes enduring annual budget cycles and through contract modifications.
Review community contracts to ensure accuracy of disclosure information processed through HomewiseDocs.com.
Process real estate closings by updating ownership records or creating new lots in the accounting database, adhering to contract requirements across varying client assessment frequencies (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual).
Audit fees to ensure accuracy and compliance with community-specific contract terms.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of relevant experience in resale disclosures, community association operations, real estate transactions, accounting support, or a related field.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to professionally handle complex or escalated inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
Proven ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and sound judgment.
Experience collaborating effectively across departments and with external partners to resolve issues and improve outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain contract terms, fees, and processes to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data review, reconciliation preferred). Strong computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Outlook and web-based platforms. Working knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and contract interpretation, or the ability to quickly develop this knowledge.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting: Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects weighing up to 10–15 pounds, such as files, boxes of documents, or office supplies.
Mobility: Ability to move within an office environment to access files, printers, conference rooms, and workstations. Occasional walking, standing, bending, or reaching may be required.
Working Conditions: Primarily a professional office and/or remote work environment. Standard business hours with occasional extended hours during peak processing periods.
Personal Protective Gear: None required.
Extended Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Periodic standing or movement throughout the workday as needed.
Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, handling documents, and operating standard office equipment (keyboard, mouse, phone, scanner). Ability to view computer screens and read printed materials with or without reasonable accommodation.
