Commercial Electrician

Responsibilities :
- Installing power supply wiring and conduit such as: EMT, O-CAL, Rigid
conduit, MC cable, strut, cable trays
- Layout and install electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job
specifications and local codes
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
- Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, to
ensure compatibility and safety of system
- Proficiency in the use of a variety of tools or equipment, such as power
construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing
equipment.
- Related service work as required
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical
- Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical
systems
- Strong understanding of schematic diagrams, blueprints and other
specifications
- Experience working with various hand tools, power tool and electronic
test equipment
- Knowledge of and commitment to job site safety as well as ability to
complete a company specific safety orientation
- High standard of integrity, professionalism and work ethic
- Must have own basic set of tools and reliable transportation
- Drug free at all times
