Medicare Sales Agent – Englewood, CO

Work Schedule
Operating hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM local time; shift provided during training with rotational weekend work.
Full‑time position with flexibility desired based on seasonality.
Work Location
On‑site training program, day shift, 6‑10 weeks.
Hybrid work model after successful completion of training and onboarding; work from home up to 3 business days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from prospective members, identify assistance needed, and convert callers to qualified leads and sales.
Follow up with members on questions and review products/services.
Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement.
Demonstrate product knowledge, explain differences, and assist members in selecting the best products.
Assist in completing enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring consistency with product requirements and guidelines.
Meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals.
Maintain agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification.
Compensation & Benefits
Licensed agent total compensation based on sales and customer experience.
Base pay + monthly sales incentive.
Average annual earnings $50k–$65k; top performers can earn $80k+.
Paid Time Off: 15 days accrued in first year + 8 paid holidays.
Sign‑On Bonus: up to $3,000 for licensed applicants and up to $2,000 for unlicensed applicants.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED (or higher) or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience.
Within 30 days, obtain all relevant state insurance licenses (may be completed during training).
Work regular shifts, including training, with flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime/weekends as needed.
Live within commuting distance of 169 Inverness Drive West, Englewood, CO.
