We are growing our team in Miami, FL and have multiple Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medicare Sales Agent openings available. In this inbound call role, you will receive a competitive base salary and bonuses based on your sales performance. You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits. Training will prepare you for your role and provide support to obtain the required state insurance licenses; no license is required prior to starting.
Work Schedule Operating hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am – 7:30 pm local time; shift provided during training with rotating weekend work (Saturdays/Sundays included)
Full‑time position with flexibility desired based on seasonality
Work Location Onsite training program, 6‑10 weeks on a standard day shift
Hybrid work model after successful completion of training and on‑job nesting period; up to 3 business days per week from home
Site location: 1000 NW 57th Court, Miami, FL
Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from prospective members, identify the type of assistance needed, and convert callers to qualified leads and sales
Follow up with members on questions or to review current or new products and services
Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement
Demonstrate knowledge of the product portfolio by addressing member needs, explaining product differences, and assisting selection of best products
Assist in completing the enrollment application over the phone, staying consistent with product requirements and enrollment guidelines
Meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
Maintain agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification requirements
Compensation & Benefits Base pay + monthly sales incentive; total compensation varies with performance
Average annual earnings $50 K – $65 K; top performers can earn $80 K (+)
Sign‑On Bonus up to $2 000 for unlicensed applicants
Sign‑On Bonus up to $3 000 for licensed applicants

Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
Obtain all appropriate state insurance licenses within 30 days (may be completed during training)
Ability to work regular shifts, including training, with flexibility for overtime and weekends
Live within a commutable distance to our Miami, FL office
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken, written, read)
Preferred Qualifications Previous sales experience
Familiarity with Windows PC applications, including learning new systems
Adaptable communication style to meet diverse caller personalities
